What to bring

Documents: Bring all pages of documents to be notarized. Do not sign or date it beforehand. Documents must be signed and dated in front of notary.

Valid Photo ID: Drivers License, U.S. passport, U.S. Military ID, other government issued ID that meets the states requirements, valid foreign passport that must be stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

**If you don't have an ID, you may need two credible witnesses who know you and have their own valid ID's and must not be named in or benefit from the document**

Any other signers: They must also present with their own valid photo ID

Documents: Will be provided by signing agent as well as copy of all documents being signed.

Valid Photo ID: Valid governments- issues ID

Additional documents: Instructions will be given per bases of loan signing requirements
